Lourdes Pilgrimage

We're going to France!

Some parents at Amelia’s school are members of the Order of Malta. It's a Catholic organization that, among other things, helps the sick and infirm visit the shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in France. There was a last minute opening for this year's pilgrimage, so the three of us will be flying to Lourdes on Tuesday!

We’ll be there for nine days, which sounds like a good excuse to pray another novena. So, starting on April 26, I’ll be posting updates with pictures (and video?) of our trip, along with a prayerful reflection each day.
